Return Policy and Product Guarantee

1 Products undelivered 4 weeks after payment
2 Defective, broken, wrong products delivered.

If above description takes place, we will re-deliver a fresh product or refund the money (Charge back fee will be charged to client)

*Return unacceptable when any of our product are used or open.

*You can return any purchase item within 30 days. (full refund may not be possible as products will reach nearer to expiry. Refund pricing will be subject to our evaluation of returend products.)

*Pls note in advance that damage o­n package may happen due to long distance shipping.

If customer gives us wrong address etc which results in undelivered products, we cannot re-deliver or refund.
